Peak Season & Holiday Policies
To enhance the quality of our services and ensure the best possible experience for all guests, Oak Grove Kennel has implemented the following new policies for peak season and holiday reservations:
Non-Refundable* Deposit
A 3-night minimum stay deposit is required for all reservations during peak season and holidays.
This deposit is due at the time of booking and secures your pet's reservation.
Minimum Stay Requirement
To accommodate the increased demand during peak season and holidays, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all reservations during these periods.
*Deposit is applied to entirety of your pet's stay. If you need to cancel your reservation, we will apply the deposit to a future stay or grooming service.
